Product description

The ASI2060-250 is a two-chamber solvent degreaser designed for controlled solvent cleaning processes. The system combines spray-under-immersion cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning in the washing chamber.

Initial solvent filling volume: 35–40 liters.

Internal chamber dimensions: 320 × 300 × 250 mm.
The basket dimensions are approximately 50 mm smaller on each side than the chamber dimensions.

• Pump and filter in the washing chamber
• Two independent refrigeration systems
• Three cooling zones:
  • Approximately −30°C in the intermediate coils
  • Approximately +2°C to +5°C in the upper and lower coils
• The tank and all internal parts in contact with the solvent are made of SUS316 stainless steel
• The external structure is made of SUS304 stainless steel
• Painted metal electrical cabinet
• Full control via HMI touchscreen and PLC
• Two refrigeration units
• Two 750 W heating elements in the boiling chamber
• Water separator
• Optional external pneumatic robot for basket transfer
