Product description

The machine is an automatic cutting and stripping wires with a very wide range (AWG), from 11# to 32# (0.1mm2-4.0mm2). The machine is also suitable for cutting insulation sleeves, from a sleeve diameter of 2 mm to 4 mm.
The machine is controlled by a computerized controller that is operated by a touch screen with an LCD display and has maximum convenience for writing the cutting and stripping programs by the operator.

High productivity 50-133 pcs/min .The machine has an internal memory for up to 99 work programs.
ASI310 accuracy is 2% of the length of the wire at work. The wire length can be adjusted from 1-99999 mm and the stripping lengths can be adjusted in the ranges of 0-35 mm on the first side and 0-15 mm on the other side.
The machines are equipped with silicon/teflon coated wheels.
