In order to meet your high-quality cleaning requirements for all parts, related to printing application (stencils,squeegees and misprints), while offering high productivity, the N29HV is the efficient and innovative solution.
Specially designed around a patented filtration system providing high cleaning performance, parts are first immersed into a wash tank where they undergo an efficient but gentle ultrasonic cleaning action.
In option wash tank can be fitted with a patented spray under immersion combining action of a vertical shaking with a turbulent bubbly air flow that allows reaching a high efficiency level. Parts are then transferred into a closed loop DI Water rinsing and are finally dried during a specific dripping stage and then a unique vacuum drying process.
The use of an aqueous product (No flash point, low VOC content) that makes it possible to separate the residues, ensures a 100% closed loop cleaning process to meet today’s economic and environmental demands.
