Neo Scan is a market leader in the production of incoming goods systems, which are used for the recording, registration, accounting and the matching of electronic modules on component rolls, dry packs, cardboard or trays. The system guarantees complete traceability. So it is always recognizable which product, batch, lot number or date codes of components when and where has been installed. Defective components can be localized and taken out of circulation quickly and precisely.

NEO Scan system recognizes the manufacturer label quickly and compares with the part number in master database automatically, after operator placing the reel on the reading area. Then the new part number will be generated by user-defined template, and new label with UID will be exported to be relabeled.

As an option, the Neo-Scan system is able to communicate with ERP ,various MES, warehouse management and assembly systems, so that an optimal and tailor-made integration can be guaranteed in the processes.
