The Orissa Synchrodex Pro is a modular, high-precision inline selective soldering system optimized for high-mix, high-performance production environments.

It handles PCBs up to 1200 × 610 mm and can be configured with single or dual solder baths, allowing simultaneous processing of multiple boards or nozzle configurations, enhancing flexibility and throughput.

The standard solder module features an onboard Drop-Jet fluxer, with optional infrared or convection pre-heating (top and bottom) controlled by closed-loop pyrometer. Modules can be dedicated specifically for fluxing or pre-heating to further streamline production.
