requirements: from NPI to volume production, backplanes, load boards, probe cards. High mechanical
speed, dual sided probing, extra-large test area, extreme accuracy, comprehensive range of board
loading modules, overall configurability and fast set-up changes: 4060’s performances and flexibility
give you all you need to adaptably answer your test requirements.
