SMT Programmer Assistant application is designed to shorten the time customers spending on adjusting the CAD data for AOI and other systems in production.

This is specifically useful for contract manufacturers, who receiving the data from various sources and losing hours and hours on adjusting this data to a common format.

SMT Assistant allows within few minutes add the packages or/and the part numbers from BOM to existing CAD, separate data for different PCB sides, standardize the package name according to ALeader Public library and more.

Modern PCB assemblies becoming very dense and complex, and it makes the repair process to be difficult and expensive. The repair itself can cause damage, it often affects reliability and functionality of the product. Many customers report a significant number of the field failures on already repaired PCBs.

To avoid such failures and also to save cost on expensive repair more efforts today directed on production process improvement and defect prevention.

ALD7220 i3D Offline AOI | ALeader

ALeader ALD7220 i3D Offline AOI is designed for inspection of PCB with top component clearance upto 50 mm.

As most customer using it for the after wave application using high top clearance for top side and TH solder
joints algorithms for the bottom side inspection, the ALD7220 is very suitable for a standard after reflow PCB inspection. In addition, the same machine can inspect components on glue including the pad glue contamination.

No any HW modification is necessary to switch between the different applications.
As all systems belonging to ALeadaer i3D family, ALD7220 offers easy and straight forward programming, ultra-fast inspection speed, very high detectability and low false alarm rate.

ALD7220 supports central server and library configuration, offline programming and verification. The standard configuration includes barcode reading with camera, on-system verification, SPC and tracibility.
