JUKI’s RX-7 achieves a mounting speed of up to 75,000 CPH (optimum) thanks to its intelligent design with two ultra-fast parallel rotational heads that can each hold up to 16 vacuum nozzles.

High Quality

The two built-in cameras – one per rotational head – create real-time images during the placement process: in the course of the feeder uptake as well as while the component is being placed. The RX-7 cameras regonise whether components are positioned and soldered correctly, thus preventing mounting errors and defective circuit boards in advance.

JUKI’s RX-6 specialises in high-speed component placement of up to 52,000 CPH (optimum). Each machine comes with two placement heads, one at the front and one at the back. This increases versatility as well as productivity and ensures the effective placement of components.

High Quality

Equipped with a laser system as well as an optical system the RX-6 operates with 2 centring technologies which ensure an uninterrupted optical detection of components at high speed. The standard RX-6 feature of a placement monitor and other features such as EPV – Embedded Process Verification, CVS – Component Verification System or OPASS – Offset Placement After Solder Screen-printing – recognise possible sources of error, even electrical ones, quickly and reliably.

High Flexibility

JUKI’s RX-6 is the ideal machine for line solutions, processing components from 0402 (01005) up to 50 × 50 mm. The head with three nozzles supports an even larger section: from 0402 (01005) chips with plugs up to lengths of 100 × 100 mm or 50 × 180 mm. The maximum component height that can be processed is 33 mm. Printed circuit boards of sizes up to 905 × 590 mm can be processed as standard.

Even faster assembly of smallest chips (0201 metric) up to large components of 50 x 150 mm or 74 mm edge length for square components. The base frame of the RS-1R has been completely redesigned for this purpose. The unique Takumi head covers even more different component heights and thus achieves a decisive speed advantage. The 360 ° visual component recognition allows the secure detection of user-specific polarity marks. Thanks to the RFID integration in the nozzles, these can be traced back completely together with the components and boards. The machine combines the features of a chip shooter with a mounter for large components. The purchase of each special machine type for it eliminates as well as a change of the placement head.

The RS-1 family has the unique TAKUMI (Japanese for “master”) head. This lowers for small components down to a distance of 1 mm down to the PCB. This minimizes the travel distance of the individual placement axes (8 units) and enables the decisive speed advantage in placing the smallest components which are usually represented in the largest number on the PCB.

Long Board Production up to 1,500 mm

This model is capable of 1,200 mm long PWB production as standard. Long board production up to 1,500 mm is available. This is the best long board size on the market. Long board production includes several clamping steps. Placements on the placement area are optimized in order to enhance placement speed and productivity significantly.

High Flexibility

Alternate pick by offset nozzles achieves high-speed placement for large components up to 25 mm diameter. Offset nozzles enable pick, recognition and placement of 6 diffusion lenses or large components, up to 25 mm diameter, in one pass. Reduced head unit movement improves productivity significantly.

High Productivity

The placement rate of 32,000 CPH is achieved due to a lighter crossbar and a revised steering of the head, therefore attaining a tempo increase of 18 % as opposed to the latest model.
