Specially designed to enhance ATRON® SP200, MC200 is based on spray in air technology. Parts are placed into a stainless steel basket, and submitted to the superior cleaning performance of high pressure sprayer. They are perfectly cleaned in just a few minutes. Then follow a spray in air rinsing step in open loop (closed loop in option) that can be done with tap or deionized water. Finally the parts are dried with a high flow hot air drying system. The use of an aqueous product (no flash-point, low VOC content), ensures a 100% closed loop cleaning process to meet today’s economic and environmental demands.

Cleaning process has three phases

1. Dissolving of contaminants in the cleaning medium (10 minutes)

Contaminants are softened and then dissolved. The contaminations fall off from the surface as a gelatine-substance at alkali technology. The contaminants drift as sediment to the bath ground at alkali cleaners and falls off as flakes at MPC cleaners. This process is accelerated by using of pressure air blasting into the bath.

2. Washing process (10 minutes)

Washing by immersion in the second bath is important for reaching of the optimum cleanliness. For the best washing result is used pressure air blasting into the bath ground. For washing of stencils is recommended DI water, for washing of soldering frames can be used city water.

3. Drying process

The third chamber is equipped as stacker place for natural air flow drying.
